E-Commerce Sales Manager (Wine & Spirits)

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

* Manage online sales channels, including e-commerce marketplaces and social media platforms.

* Build and maintain relationships with corporate and retail customers.

* Promote and sell premium wines and alcoholic beverages.

* Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfilment.

* Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvement strategies.

* Work closely with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and new product launches.

* Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

* At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development or e-commerce.

* Experience in the wine, FMCG, beverage or luxury products industry is an advantage.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently.

* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing is preferred.
