Social Media Account Executive

We're looking for a creative, organised, and client-focused Social Media Account Executive to join our growing marketing agency. If you enjoy working with brands, planning content strategies, and bringing ideas to life through content shoots, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Account Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand clients' marketing goals and develop effective social media strategies.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication and campaign updates.

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with each client's objectives.
• Brainstorm creative content ideas/videos to keep up to trend
• Research industry trends, competitors, and social media best practices.
• Plan content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Content Production

• Coordinate and attend on-site content shoots for clients.
• Capture contents using devices such as smartphone, DJI, Insta360, cameras etc.
• Work closely with editors to deliver high-quality content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and other digital platforms.

Social Media Management

• Schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Write engaging captions and optimise hashtags where appropriate.
• Monitor engagement and provide timely responses to comments and messages when required.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Filming, or a related field.
• Experience in social media marketing / content creation
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current content trends.
• Confident in planning and directing content shoots.
• Comfortable appearing in videos or directing talent when needed.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines.
• A proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
