Responsibilities
- Define product vision, business objectives, strategy and roadmap
- Building relationship with partners
- Develop value proposition and secure stakeholders' buy-in for product initiatives
- Market research, competitive analysis and user research
- User testing sessions
- Translate insights into product improvements
- Manage product backlog
- Prioritize features based on user needs and impact
- Produce clear product requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with product designers, engineering and QA team
- Ensure product performance
- Track user engagement leveraging on data-driven decisions through product analytics
- Manages updates, patches and bug fixes
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in product and project management (Mobile Application and Website Development, Content Management System)
- Strong experience in modern product development practices (Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking)
- Track record of shipping successful products from scratch
- Experience in working with engineers, designers, and product teams
- Have user experience (UX) capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
