About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Associate, Warehousing & Fulfilment (Contract/Part-Time) to join our Supply Chain Management team.
In this hands-on role, you will support the day-to-day warehousing and fulfilment operations, ensuring that inventory is received, stored, processed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. You will also assist with order fulfilment, inventory management, and logistics coordination to help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible contract or part-time role while contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and perform warehouse tasks, from inbound management to stock handling, storing, and order dispatching in a proper and timely manner
- Process offline retailer orders and fulfilment and monitor their credit limit
- Cross-check online payments and messages before processing and supporting online orders
- Perform invoicing for online orders to ensure that the order data is being captured in the ERP and accounting systems in an accurate manner
- Manage inventory on a FIFO basis unless otherwise directed and work with Order Fulfilment colleagues to ensure healthy stock levels
- Manage inventory levels by conducting periodic stock count and reconciliation with inventory management system
- Manage third-party logistics providers and other related vendors by monitoring KPIs and conducting periodic performance reviews
- Proactively identify and recommend ways to implement operational goals, objectives, and process improvements
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety
- Support documentation for auditing related to logistics operations
Requirements
- Educational background and working experience in Warehouse/Logistics, or related field is preferred.
- Prior working knowledge on eCommerce platforms will be advantageous.
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office suite.
- Good team player and pleasant personality.
- Meticulous, goal and process-oriented.
- Strong sense of responsibility to accomplish duties assigned
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
