Working Hours
- 6 Days per Week
- 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM
- 1–2 hours staggered meal break
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers.
- Take food and beverage orders.
- Operate the POS system and process payments.
- Serve food and beverages.
- Manage reservations, pre-orders and delivery orders.
- Clear and reset tables.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Assist with dishwashing and general housekeeping duties when required.
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant service, hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Experience using POS systems is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, reliable and a team player.
- Willing to perform cleaning and dishwashing duties when required.
- Able to commit to a 2-year employment contract.
