Job Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service.
• Assist the Chef with food preparation and cooking.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Wash kitchen utensils and equipment when required.
• Perform general kitchen cleaning duties.
• Support smooth daily kitchen operations.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a restaurant, commercial kitchen or similar F&B environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit to perform standing and manual duties.
• Responsible, reliable and a good team player.
• Willing to perform cleaning and dishwashing duties when required.
• Able to commit to a 2-year employment contract.

Working Hours

• 6-day work week
• 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM
• 1–2 hours staggered meal break

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: S$2,000 – S$2,400
• Salary package includes expected overtime hours.
• Completion Bonus upon successful completion of the 2-year employment contract (details will be shared during the interview).
