Web3 Card Product Operations Manager

We are looking for a Card Product Operations Manager to drive user growth, activation, community operations, partner coordination, and data-driven optimization for a card product designed for Web3 users.

This role will focus on global Chinese-speaking Web3 communities, with ownership across go-to-market execution, user acquisition, activation, campaigns, and user experience improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Own card product growth, user activation, retention, engagement, and user experience optimization
  • Design and execute referral programs, benefit structures, user segmentation, membership incentives, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Lead GTM execution for global Chinese-speaking Web3 communities
  • Build relationships with KOLs, communities, channel partners, and seed users to support product launch and growth
  • Optimize the user onboarding, verification, product activation, and engagement journey
  • Work with data and growth teams to build dashboards and review CAC, activation rate, retention, ARPU, and other key metrics
  • Coordinate with product, compliance, customer support, content, community, and external partners to improve the end-to-end user experience
  • Track user feedback, support issues, risk signals, and operational workflow improvements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in card products, fintech products, Web3 wallets, consumer finance, or consumer product operations
  • Experience with products such as Crypto.com Card, Bybit Card, RedotPay, Wise, Revolut, YouTrip, or Airwallex is preferred
  • Strong understanding of card product growth, membership benefits, referral programs, user segmentation, and lifecycle operations
  • Familiarity with KYC/KYB, user risk controls, support workflows, limit rules, and 3DS-related operational concepts
  • Data-driven mindset with experience reviewing CAC, activation rate, retention, ARPU, user feedback, and support SLA metrics
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese, with English as the primary working language and Chinese used for Chinese-speaking markets, communities, and partner communications
  • Familiarity with Chinese-speaking Web3 communities, KOL partnerships
  • Strong consumer product sense and ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, compliance, support, and external partners
