Our client is one of the largest financial services companies in the world, and they are currently seeking a KYC Operations Officer to join their team in Singapore.
Your new role
- Complete accurate KYC profiles in a timely manner for new customers or update existing profiles using internal systems and due diligence procedures
- Perform screening on all new/existing customers, related parties, and third-party payment requests
- Collaborate with the Front Office and Client On-Boarding Team to source additional documentation when information is not publicly available
- Review and prepare KYC documentation for approval by the Quality Control team in London, ensuring clear rationale and professional presentation
What you'll need to succeed
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in KYC or client onboarding
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present documentation clearly and concisely
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
