Construction Supervisor

· Schedule, assigns and plans the work of carpentry shop personnel personnel performing a variety of carpentry projects.

· Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, priority of carpentry expenditures and procedures for equipment maintenance.

· Estimate material and labour.

· Monitors the acquisition and use of materials.

· Trains or informs employees of new work nmethods or procedures, changes in safety regulations, work policies, construction codes and the link.

· Reviews plans and specifications for future building and inspects new buildings to ensure quality work and code and specification compliance.
