Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the spa's sales targets and overall performance.
- Lead and manage the spa team, including beauticians.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while expanding the customer base.
- Ensure appointment calendars are consistently full, and treatment rooms are operating at optimal capacity.
- Develop and execute sales and operational plans to drive the spa's success.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of spa or wellness management experience.
- More than 10 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
