L1 Production Support

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Production Support, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Basic knowledge of core banking systems and banking operations.
- Experience with Sunline Core Banking is an advantage.
- Familiar with ticketing systems and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Grafana.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of incident management is a plus.
