Job Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and attend to patient enquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule, coordinate and manage patient appointments.
- Chaperone doctors during consultations and minor clinic procedures.
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes and suture / stitch removal.
- Coordinate and arrange timing for inpatient procedures or admissions when required.
- Liaise with insurance companies on claims, pre-authorisations and related matters.
- Dispense medication to patients and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Manage clinic inventory, including stock take and replenishment of supplies.
- Tabulate and reconcile daily clinic financial takings and transactions.
- Perform other clinic administrative and nursing duties as assigned.
- Must be fully registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Open to Enrolled Nurse or Staff Nurse.
- Relevant working experience in clinic, specialist clinic, surgical clinic, hospital or healthcare setting will be an advantage.
- Comfortable with clinic-based nursing duties, patient care, medication dispensing and administrative support.
- No OT / operating theatre experience required
