Sales Support Administrator (Multiple Openings)

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers' sales order enquiries via calls and emails

  • Prepare sales quotations and confirm sales orders with clients

  • Perform sales order processing, coordinate delivery and ensure on-time delivery

  • Work closely with cross-functional team in fulfilling customers order promptly

  • Arrangement and coordination of transport, warehouse and delivery process

  • Contribute to the development of sales and customer service strategies

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent

  • With 2 - 5 years of sales support or order processing experience

  • Candidate who is able to start work within short notice will be advantageous
