Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Learning & Development (L&D) and HR-related enquiries, delivering timely and professional support to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate end-to-end training administration, including course registrations, scheduling, confirmations, learning materials, attendance tracking, amendments, and cancellations.
- Work closely with internal teams to promote training programmes and maximise participation across the organisation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee training records and learning databases.
- Support HR and L&D activities, including sourcing training providers, coordinating development programmes, recruitment support, and other HR initiatives.
- Assist in identifying suitable learning solutions and training resources to support business and employee development needs.
- Provide administrative support for the implementation of HR and L&D projects and initiatives.
- Maintain HR documentation, policies, and internal resources.
- Assist with HR reporting, data extraction, budget tracking, invoice processing, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with workplace policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in Learning & Development, Training Administration, HR Operations, or a related function.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, nutrition, or a similar regulated industry will be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with HR systems.
