Key Responsibilities

  • Primary Role
  • Manage small changes (CRs) and budget for Innovation Group ring fenced resources.
  • Serve as single point of contact for all of business needs and manage all stakeholders (including various technical delivery teams) required for change requests
  • Liaise with business users and formalize/capture requirements and upload in eRequest System.
  • Liaise with system analyst to get efforts for change
  • Review Impact Analyst cost quotation with Business user for final prioritisation
  • Prepare presentation to governance forum for approval
  • Prepare update and value realisation report to PSC
  • Secondary role
  • to support departmental administrative activities such as onboarding/offboarding of resources
  • coordinate key meetings with various stakeholder for department head
  • prepare meeting deck, project dashboard & training arrangement
