Key Responsibilities
- Primary Role
- Manage small changes (CRs) and budget for Innovation Group ring fenced resources.
- Serve as single point of contact for all of business needs and manage all stakeholders (including various technical delivery teams) required for change requests
- Liaise with business users and formalize/capture requirements and upload in eRequest System.
- Liaise with system analyst to get efforts for change
- Review Impact Analyst cost quotation with Business user for final prioritisation
- Prepare presentation to governance forum for approval
- Prepare update and value realisation report to PSC
- Secondary role
- to support departmental administrative activities such as onboarding/offboarding of resources
- coordinate key meetings with various stakeholder for department head
- prepare meeting deck, project dashboard & training arrangement
