Shipping Executive
(Hiring under Recruit Express Headcount | 1-Year Contract)
Location: Bartley MRT
Environment: Air-conditioned Office
Salary: $3,500/month
Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave | 14 Days Medical Leave
Working Hours: Mon – Fri | 8.30am – 5.30pm (1-hour unpaid break)
Job Scope
- Prepare and process air & sea freight shipping documents
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customers and internal departments
- Handle CITES permits, Certificate of Origin & shipping documentation
- Prepare packing lists, shipping instructions & freight bookings
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers
- Maintain shipping records and spreadsheets
- Support packing department and perform ad-hoc shipping duties
- Experience in Air & Sea Freight documentation
- Familiar with CITES documentation and shipping processes
- Minimum Diploma in Import/Export or related field
