Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa and ensure exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and business growth. The Spa Manager will lead and develop the team, drive sales performance, maintain high service standards, and create a welcoming environment that delivers an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise therapists, consultants, and front desk staff.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance standards.
  • Monitor staff schedules, attendance, productivity, and performance.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and effectively handle customer feedback and service recovery.
  • Drive sales of treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Monitor business performance, prepare operational reports, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, health and safety regulations, and service protocols.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and cost control.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives with the management team.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of the spa facilities and equipment.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new treatments, and customer preferences to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Spa Management, Beauty Therapy, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality management.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong sales and business development skills with the ability to achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and appointment or spa management systems.
  • Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing beauty salons, wellness centers, hair and scalp treatment centers, or aesthetic clinics.
  • Knowledge of retail sales, membership programs, and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Experience in budgeting, reporting, and operational planning.

Earnings & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 (based on experience)

Work Details

  • Locations: Orchard / CCP
  • 10:00am – 7:00pm / 11:00am – 8:00PM
  • Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 off days per month
