Hair Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Hair Therapist to provide professional scalp and hair care services. The ideal candidate is passionate about scalp wellness, enjoys working closely with clients, and is committed to delivering personalized treatment experiences. You will conduct scalp consultations, perform therapeutic hair and scalp treatments, educate clients on proper scalp care, and recommend suitable treatment programs and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scalp and hair consultations to understand clients' concerns and lifestyle.
• Perform scalp analysis using professional diagnostic equipment.
• Deliver professional scalp treatments, herbal scalp care, deep cleansing, nourishing treatments, and relaxing head massage techniques.
• Recommend personalized hair and scalp care programs based on each client's condition.
• Educate clients on scalp health, home care routines, and preventive hair care.
• Recommend suitable treatment packages and retail products according to clients' needs.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up and progress monitoring.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records and appointment schedules.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are clean and sanitized.
• Follow company treatment protocols and service standards.
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and treatment skills training.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service excellence and business targets.

Requirements

• Experience in scalp care, hair therapy, beauty therapy, wellness, or salon services is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable performing head massage and hands-on treatment services.
• Ability to recommend treatment programs and products professionally.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Traditional Chinese wellness concepts related to scalp care is an advantage.
• Experience with herbal scalp treatments and scalp analysis equipment.
• Beauty, wellness, or cosmetology certification is a plus.

Earnings & Benefits

• Base Salary: $2,600 – $3,000 (based on experience)

Work Details

Locations: Orchard / CCP

Shift Hours

10:00am – 7:00pm / 11:00am – 8:00PM

Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 off days per month
