- Support the development of structured internship programmes and provide operational and executional support when required

- Support campus outreach events, build alumni networks, and explore collaboration with other business units
- Contribute to initiatives such as digitisation and automation for candidate tracking and management, market research, and intelligence capabilities
- Provide support on other projects and tasks as assigned
- Min. 1-2 years of campus recruitment experience
