As our Contracts Manager (RRP Program), you will lead the consolidation and digitization of legacy contract data across multiple countries—helping build a scalable, compliant, and AI-enabled contract management ecosystem.
This is a unique opportunity to combine contract management, data analytics, project coordination, and AI innovation while working with stakeholders across Asia Pacific.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead Contract Data Transformation Across APAC
- Consolidate and standardize Reagent Rental Program (RRP) contracts from multiple countries and sources.
- Create a centralized contract repository to improve visibility, governance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of contract information, including key commercial terms and pricing.
Drive AI-Powered Innovation
- Partner with IT teams to deploy AI and OCR technologies that digitize historical paper-based contracts.
- Validate AI-generated outputs and continuously improve data extraction accuracy.
- Support the rollout of automation solutions across APAC markets.
Support System Migration & Integration
- Prepare and cleanse data for migration into centralized commercial and contract management platforms.
- Collaborate on data mapping, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- Ensure seamless and accurate data transitions.
Champion Governance & Compliance
- Help establish contract data governance standards and controls.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, templates, and version control processes.
- Identify and mitigate compliance or data quality risks.
Collaborate Across Borders
- Work closely with Commercial, Finance, IT, and country stakeholders throughout APAC.
- Drive alignment, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Data Management, or related field
3–6 years of experience in:
- Contract Administration
- Commercial Operations
- Data Management
- Business Operations
- Project Coordination
Technical Expertise
- Advanced Excel and data management skills
- Experience handling large datasets, data cleansing, validation, and reporting
- Exposure to CRM platforms (SFDC), SAP, or Contract Management Systems preferred
- Experience supporting data migration or system implementation projects
- Familiarity with AI, OCR, or automation technologies is an advantage

- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders across multiple countries
- Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills in English
Language Requirement
Fluency in Korean (reading and speaking) is required to accurately review, validate, and digitize Korean-language RRP contracts while partnering directly with Korean-speaking stakeholders to ensure data integrity, compliance, and successful system migration.
