Job Description
- Maintain and verify employees’ attendance records, and resolve timekeeping discrepancies to support accurate payroll processing.
- Process employee claims, including medical and other eligible claims, and respond to related enquiries.
- Maintain and update employee information, leave records, and claims data in the HRIS.
- Provide support for employee engagement activities, recruitment events, and HCD initiatives as required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior
Requirements
- Diploma in a related field with relevant working experience, or candidates with equivalent qualifications and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proficient in AMS and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of HR systems will be an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
