As a

HR Manager , What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop and exercise various HR strategies to align with organisational goals.
• Lead talent management and succession planning with various stakeholders.
• Overseeing regional performance management framework to ensure consistency.
• Drive initiative to enhance employee engagements, motivation and productivity.
• Act as a HRBP for business leaders.

Key Success For This Role

• Bachelor's/Master Degree in Human Resources Management, with at least 8 years of experience across full spectrum of HR functions.
• Sound knowledge of employment act, best practice and processes.
• Proven working experience in the healthcare device manufacturing or similar capacity.
