Job Summary

As an ICT Infrastructure Engineer (Senior Consultant), you will lead infrastructure projects and manage platform operations applications to ensure seamless service delivery and robust system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Implement infrastructure projects to design, configure, and commission platform operations applications, ensuring reliable service delivery
• Translate business requirements into effective platform operations infrastructure designs that support application needs
• Ensure adherence to IT policies to maintain compliance and secure infrastructure environments
• Manage infrastructure projects and services for platform operations applications such as APIMG and ServiceNow to meet operational goals
• Oversee platform operations system architecture for both new and existing applications to optimize performance and scalability
• Act as the primary infrastructure liaison for platform operations applications, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Collaborate with the team on infrastructure-related matters impacting platform operations applications to ensure alignment and efficiency
• Assist in infrastructure architecture reviews by endorsing hardening standards and supporting penetration testing and vulnerability remediation efforts
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the platform operations application environment to proactively address infrastructure needs
