Executive Chef to manage of university foodcourt in singapore. Korean food and drinks stall. Must be well experienced in culinary skills and budgeting. Able to improve and create menu, take charge of odering , costing, budgeting as well as expansion of F&B business and concept. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role preferably in hotel or restaurant chains. Willing to work long hours and weekends.
