Job Description
- Assess medical and financial risks of applicants and lives to be assured for life and health insurance applications
- Make decisions, within the given authority, that are consistent with underwriting standards and compatible with market trends
- Review cases with complex medical conditions and multiple risk factors
- Process the insurance applications end-to-end
- Provide support and services to Financial Consultants on matters relating to underwriting
- Face to face service interaction with the sales team at on New Business matter
- Be involved in ad hoc tasks assigned by Team Lead
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Life / Shield underwriting experience
