Role Overview & Job Description
The E-commerce & Digital Marketing Intern will support the day-to-day digital operations, content optimization, and performance reporting across brand websites, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and digital marketing initiatives.
This role balances routine operational updates with analytical performance tracking to ensure continuous property visibility and channel revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities (70% administration and 30% analytics):
- Website & Content Management: Execute daily content updates, menu changes, and package maintenance across brand platforms (All.com, Accor Plus, Brand.com) and OTA listings.
- Conduct regular UX/UI checks across mobile and desktop and provide feedbacks.
- OTA Optimization: Audit and maintain property content scores, imagery, and promotional copy on third-party channels to enhance booking conversion rates.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Extract weekly traffic and conversion data from Google Analytics and internal dashboards. Help compile digital performance reports for corporate and team review.
- Administrative Support: Manage the operational procurement process by raising Purchase Orders (POs) and tracking vendor invoice payments with Finance.
