S/Executive – Volunteer Management

Responsibilities

• Manage key donor accounts by developing engagement and stewardship plans, conducting regular communications, and tracking donations.

• Promote and drive the growth of regular and monthly giving.

• Assist in achieving departmental fundraising targets by supporting the development and implementation of various fundraising strategies, including appeal letters, digital campaigns, and events.

• Prepare reports and conduct donor data analysis.

• Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Degree.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Resourceful, self-driven, and proactive.

• Exhibits a hardworking and meticulous attitude with a positive mindset.

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
