As we continue to grow our catering business, we're looking for an organised and dependable Operations Executive to help ensure every event runs smoothly behind the scenes.

about the role

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys planning, organising and making things happen.

You'll coordinate catering operations from the moment an order is confirmed until the event is successfully completed, working closely with our kitchen, delivery partners and customers.

key responsibilities

Catering Operations

  • Coordinate daily catering orders from planning through execution
  • Prepare production schedules, event run sheets and operational documents
  • Coordinate delivery timings and logistics
  • Liaise with clients on operational matters
  • Communicate event requirements clearly with the kitchen and operations teams
  • Monitor order accuracy before dispatch

Café & Operations Support

  • Support the day-to-day operations of our café
  • Assist with inventory planning and operational purchasing
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and operational issues
  • Maintain operational trackers, calendars and documentation
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of SOPs

Workforce Coordination

  • Prepare staff deployment schedules
  • Coordinate manpower for catering events
  • Ensure smooth communication between office, kitchen and service teams
  • Event Support
  • Assist with on-site catering setup and teardown when required
  • Support the team during larger corporate events
  • Occasionally assist with deliveries or transportation where operationally required

we're looking for someone...

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Calm under pressure and able to multitask
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Who is a strong communicator
  • Comfortable in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently while being a team player

Experience in F&B, catering, hospitality or event operations will be an advantage.

Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage, but is not required.
