As a Bar Crew member, you are responsible for delivering excellent customer service while preparing and serving beverages efficiently. You will maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming bar environment and ensure all operational and hygiene standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.

Bar Operations

  • Prepare cocktails, beers, wines, coffee and other beverages following standard recipes.
  • Restock bar inventory, garnishes, ice and supplies throughout each shift.
  • Ensure beer taps, glassware and equipment are clean and functioning properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar, service stations and seating areas.

Hygiene & Safety

  • Follow Singapore food hygiene and alcohol service regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Report any equipment faults or safety concerns immediately.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in F&B or bar operations is an advantage but not essential.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift stock when required.
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic cocktail and bar knowledge.
  • Experience using POS systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.
