As a Bar Crew member, you are responsible for delivering excellent customer service while preparing and serving beverages efficiently. You will maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming bar environment and ensure all operational and hygiene standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.
Bar Operations
- Prepare cocktails, beers, wines, coffee and other beverages following standard recipes.
- Restock bar inventory, garnishes, ice and supplies throughout each shift.
- Ensure beer taps, glassware and equipment are clean and functioning properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, service stations and seating areas.
Hygiene & Safety
- Follow Singapore food hygiene and alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Report any equipment faults or safety concerns immediately.
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B or bar operations is an advantage but not essential.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift stock when required.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
Preferred Skills
- Basic cocktail and bar knowledge.
- Experience using POS systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
