As we expand across Singapore, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support our finance operations and ensure our financial records remain accurate, organised, and up to date.
What You'll Do
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
Prepare, verify, process, and track invoices and payments.
Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
Prepare reports and schedules for management reporting.
Support GST filing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Track contracts, subscriptions, and renewal schedules.
Liaise with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external accountants where required.
Support finance process improvements and undertake other ad-hoc administrative duties.
Who You Are
Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications (ACCA, CA, CIMA, etc.) are an advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with different teams.
Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential financial information.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (experience with Xero or similar systems is a bonus).
Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience in accounting or finance.
Experience in SMEs, startups, retail, F&B, or vending businesses.
