Service Engineer.

Overview: -

• 5 Days work per week (Monday to Friday), 8.45am to 5.30pm
• Monthly base salary: up to $4400 with relevant exp + transport allowance + AWS (13th Month) + Variable Bonus
• Lift Industry
• Location: Split between Office & Customer Sites

Your Responsibilities: -

• Manage daily service operations and maintenance activities for elevators and escalators.
• Respond to customer complaints, conduct follow-up actions, and perform site inspections to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Analyze labor and parts costs to monitor profitability and achieve financial targets.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify, recommend, and support repair and modernization opportunities.

Requirements: -

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years as an engineer from lift industry experience
