Course Consultant (Full Time, Monday to Friday)

• Engage with prospective parents and students to promote our art courses and programs.
• Provide detailed information on course offerings, schedules, and pricing to interested parties.
• Conduct tours of the facility and demonstrate our teaching approach and curriculum.
• Assist in the enrolment process, including registration and payment arrangements.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction with our programs.
• Collaborate with the teaching staff to understand course content and address any queries from parents or students.
• Organize and participate in promotional events and workshops to showcase our offerings.
• Maintain good supply of art materials.

• Ability to build rapport and trust with parents and students.
• A creative mindset with a genuine interest in art and education.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• Monday to Friday (1145am to 845pm, 1hour dinner)
