Looking for Construction Supervisor

- Assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
- Manage and monitor site operations, workers and contractors.
- Responsible for leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of the organization's project and solutions.
- Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at the site.
- Supervise the site works on a day-to-day basis and issues relating to a given project.
- Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specifications and work schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors.
- Manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers shift work and weekend duty is required.
- Provide practical coaching and training for new workers.
