HR Manager (Semicon) | Up to $6000 | 5 Days | Kranji -ZH

Salary: Up to $6000

Location: Kranji

Working Days: Mon - Fri (9am-6.30pm)

Key Duties:

• Lead the full recruitment process and develop strategic workforce planning to meet business manpower requirements.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
• Oversee performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Administer payroll, compensation & benefits, and manage the Payboy HR system for payroll, leave, attendance, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws, MOM regulations, work pass renewals, and company HR policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, manage statutory reporting, employee insurance, and coordinate internal audit compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass administration.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
