E-Commerce Management

  • Manage daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., company website, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor website analytics, customer behavior, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing for digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, payment handling, and delivery coordination.

Retail Store Management

  • Oversee the operations of physical retail outlets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop sales strategies and visual merchandising plans to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage retail staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor inventory levels for retail outlets, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Implement retail promotions, loyalty programs, and in-store events.

General & Cross-Channel Responsibilities

  • Align e-commerce and retail strategies to ensure consistent branding and pricing.
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure optimal product mix and stock availability.
  • Analyze sales data across channels and prepare performance reports for management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

5+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or retail management (IT products or consumer electronics preferred).

  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces, digital marketing, and retail operations.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce tools, POS systems, and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
