Digital Automation Specialist (1 year contract)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimise KNIME workflows for ETL, data automation, analytics processing, and business intelligence reporting.
  • Build scalable data pipelines integrating databases, APIs, cloud platforms, AdTech platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Develop automated dashboards, reporting frameworks, and marketing intelligence solutions using KNIME, SQL, GA4, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Analyse digital advertising performance including CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, attribution, conversion trends, and audience behaviour.
  • Manage AdTech operations including campaign trafficking, tracking implementation, QA validation, optimisation, and measurement.
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking frameworks including GTM, pixels, UTM parameters, JavaScript tags, SDK tracking, and conversion APIs.
  • Apply AI/ML techniques, predictive analytics, and Generative AI solutions to automate reporting, enhance insights generation, and improve marketing decision-making.
  • Develop AI-assisted analytics workflows using LLMs for data interpretation, automated insights, content analysis, and business intelligence use cases.
  • Perform audience segmentation, anomaly detection, forecasting, and campaign optimisation using data-driven modelling approaches.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver automated analytics and AI-powered solutions.
  • Maintain workflow governance, technical documentation, data quality standards, and analytics best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Media Science, Marketing Technology, or related fields.
  • Min 2 years of experience in analytics automation, AdTech or digital intelligence roles.
  • Hands-on experience with KNIME Analytics Platform and workflow automation.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in ETL, data transformation, data modelling, and analytics engineering.
  • Experience with Python, data science libraries, or scripting for automation is preferred.
  • Experience applying AI/ML concepts including predictive modelling, classification, clustering, recommendation systems, or automated analytics solutions.
  • Exposure to Generative AI, LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, AI agents, or AI-assisted reporting workflows is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of AdTech ecosystems including Google Ads, Google Ad Manager, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DSPs, and measurement platforms.
  • Experience with APIs, data pipelines, tracking technologies, and marketing data integrations.
  • Proficiency with analytics and BI tools such as GA4, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
