Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Contract)

We're looking for a CRM & Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Customer Growth team. This role supports the planning, delivery and optimisation of targeted customer engagement programmes — helping the business connect the right customers with the right offers at the right time, through a data-led approach to retention, cross-sell and lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data exploration enhancements and fixes across CRM and analytics systems
- Coordinate platform enhancements with the tech team
- Support new campaign reporting requirements, working with business users and tech to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with technical teams on solutions
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new CRM projects
- Monitor and report on CRM usage
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones and timelines for campaign delivery
- Ensure accurate messaging, timing and execution of campaigns
- Manage stakeholders through process changes and project impacts
- Keep stakeholders informed on project status and issues
