- Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers
- Deliver the food and drinks orders to the tables
- Capable of carrying trays and plates to the customers' tables
- Handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during peak periods
- Willing to clean tables after diners leave and remove plates
- Maintaining the cleanliness and an organized dining area
- To work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
- May assist in coordinating shift work or supporting other servers
- Render assistance to other servers / colleagues in areas in need
- Have a pleasant disposition, neat and approachable outlook
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
