The Office Manager is the operational backbone of Ascendance Wealth Management (AWM). Thisrole is responsible for maintaining a professional, well-functioning, and vibrant office environmentthat reflects AWM's culture and standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and takesownership of all facilities, logistics, and administrative functions that keep the office running smoothly — enabling advisors and leaders to focus on client-facing work.
Required Attributes
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an office administration, facilities, or operations role
• Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
• Proactive and self-directed — able to manage multiple responsibilities without constant
oversight
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
• Comfortable operating AV/display equipment and basic office technology
Preferred Attributes
• Prior experience in a financial services, advisory, or professional services environment
• Experience with vendor coordination and building management liaising
• Positive, team-oriented attitude aligned with AWM's culture of excellence and growth
