Job Responsibilities
- Handle patient enquiries via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Assist with appointment scheduling, patient registration, medication dispensing, and billing
- Support doctors with chaperoning and minor procedures while providing quality patient care and education
- Perform administrative duties, including managing enquiries and maintaining patient records
- Assist with stock taking and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic
Requirements:
- Minimum N/O/A Level or equivalent
- Prior clinic assistant experience
