Job Responsibilities

• Assess patients with speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders to develop individualized treatment plans
• Plan and implement speech therapy interventions to improve communication and swallowing abilities
• Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapy techniques, communication strategies, and home exercise programmes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

Requirements:

• Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech and Language Pathology from a recognized institution
• Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore
