Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support patient recruitment, screening, enrolment, and follow-up activities in accordance with study protocols.
• Work closely with investigators and the research team to achieve study enrolment targets.
• Explain study procedures and eligibility criteria to participants while ensuring informed consent is obtained and documented appropriately.
• Maintain compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
• Review source documents and ensure timely, accurate, and complete data entry into case report forms and electronic data capture systems.
• Prepare and maintain essential study documentation, regulatory files, and research records for audits and inspections.
• Monitor study progress, track protocol deviations, adverse events, and follow up on required reporting.
• Coordinate study materials, investigational products, and research supplies where applicable.
• Liaise with investigators, study sponsors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth study operations.
• Attend study meetings, investigator meetings, and research discussions as required.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and maintain the highest standards of ethical clinical research practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Science, Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in clinical research, study coordination, research administration, or related healthcare research environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), clinical research regulations, and ethical guidelines is an advantage.
• Meticulous with strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
