Required Skills & Experience
- 8 to 9 years of Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 platform technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, security and compliance.
- Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and automation.
- Strong solution architecture and integration experience.
- Enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 deployment and support experience.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
- Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva, Purview, Defender, Entra ID, Power Platform and Copilot.
- Ensure service availability, performance, incident and problem management.
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions for new business requirements.
- Evaluate and adopt new Microsoft 365 services and roadmap capabilities.
- Lead PoCs, pilots and innovation initiatives including Copilot and AI solutions.
- Define security, compliance and governance controls.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews and mentoring.
- Engage stakeholders and act as trusted advisor for digital workplace transformation.
- Lead M365 migration, modernization and transformation projects.
