Join a collaborative HR team where you'll play an integral role in supporting employee development, coordinating engaging training programmes, and driving learning initiatives that make a difference across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Learning & Development and HR-related enquiries, providing prompt and professional support to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate end-to-end training administration, including programme scheduling, registrations, confirmations, learning materials, attendance tracking, and programme updates.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to promote learning initiatives and encourage strong participation across teams.
- Maintain accurate employee learning records and ensure training databases are kept up to date.
- Support Learning & Development activities by coordinating training providers, development programmes, and other HR initiatives.
- Assist in identifying suitable learning solutions and development resources aligned with organisational needs.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, employee development initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes.
- Maintain HR documentation, policies, and internal records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports, extract HR data, monitor training budgets, process invoices, and support general HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and workplace safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in Learning & Development, Training Administration, HR Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or similar environments will be an advantage.
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with HR systems.
