Job Responsibilities
1) Procurement & Inventory
• Assist with purchasing consumables, equipment, and office supplies
• Liaise with vendors on quotations, deliveries, and invoices
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory replenishment
2) Operations & Administrative Support
• Support administrative processes for equipment repairs, servicing, and disposals
• Assist with claims, billing, documentation, and purchase activities
• Coordinate staff onboarding, locker allocation, and access requests
• Arrange meetings, book rooms, and prepare meeting minutes
3) Systems & Reporting
• Update inventory records and generate usage reports
• Support invoice tracking and data maintenance in inventory systems
• Assist with administrative processes for IT requests
4) General Support
• Coordinate loan items and consumable tracking
• Support departmental events, staff activities, and administrative projects
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department
• Minimum A Level / Diploma in any fields related to Business, Logistics, IT or Biomedical
• Able to commit from 3 Aug 2026 – 3 Dec 2026
