Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound / outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy

  • Assist customers in navigating respective website and online services

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

  • To consistently meet set KPIs without compromising on quality service delivery

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Customer-focused with a genuine passion for helping people

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

*Prior call centre experience would be an advantage
