HR Generalist (1 year contract, up to $7K)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, employee transfers, and offboarding processes.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
  • Assist with performance appraisal, salary review, bonus, and manpower planning activities.
  • Provide HR support and answer employee enquiries on HR policies and procedures.
  • Organise employee engagement activities and support company culture initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
  • Exposure to performance management, compensation & benefits, or learning & development is an added advantage.
