HR Generalist (1 year contract, up to $7K)

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee transfers, and offboarding processes.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
- Assist with performance appraisal, salary review, bonus, and manpower planning activities.
- Provide HR support and answer employee enquiries on HR policies and procedures.
- Organise employee engagement activities and support company culture initiatives.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
- Exposure to performance management, compensation & benefits, or learning & development is an added advantage.
