Finance Analyst (FP&A |Woodlands | 6 Months)

Location: Woodlands

Contract: 6 months (Immediate start) - renewable / convertible

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

Join the Site Finance Team supporting Media Operations, where you will partner closely with operations and business stakeholders to drive financial planning and performance. This role provides exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost control, and process improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Consolidate and analyse weekly financial forecasts, actual results, and performance variances.

* Support timely corporate reporting and submission of financial operational metrics.

* Monitor cost performance and assist in cost control initiatives.

* Participate in quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and financial closing activities.

* Support fixed asset accounting and costing functions.

* Perform financial and operational data analysis to support business decision-making.

* Participate in annual physical inventory (PI) exercises.

* Support process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Assist with ad hoc finance projects and departmental activities.

Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

* Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

* Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools such as SAP/ERP system, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Alteryx, KNIME, or equivalent will be an advantage.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
