Restaurant Steward (Dishwashing)

Job Responsibilities

  • Wash and clean glassware, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and equipment according to hygiene and company standards.
  • Ensure the dishwashing area is kept clean, organised, and hygienic at all times.
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Assist with basic outlet preparation and support daily restaurant operations as required.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • No work experience required – training will be provided.
  • Willing to work on 6 days' work week (44 hours) rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and a good team player.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
