Partnership Manager (Temp Contract - 12 months) [WPD]

Responsibilities

• Liaise with programme partners on survey returns and analyse survey results

• Perform comprehensive checks on programme enrolments and liaise with programme partners to facilitate programme data dissemination

• Verify and validate claims documentation submitted by programme partners to ensure compliance

• Check for multiple programme enrolments by the same client to prevent double funding

• Check for blacklisted individuals to prevent programme enrolment

• Respond to appeals and feedback by jobseekers incorporating AI tools such as Pair and SmartCompose

• Run Robotic Process Automation bots and other automation tools

• Create jobseeker profiles in the system

• Conduct evidence checks on claims by programme partners

• Engage jobseekers at career events to verify programme eligibility and bookcoaching appointment

• Prepare and present reports and updates to Management

Requirements

• Proficient in using AI tools such as Pair and SmartCompose

• Proficient in using automation tools such as Plumber to manage workflows

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel to manage data

• Effective communication skills – able to interact with internal and externalstakeholders including jobseekers and programme partners

• Experience with data visualisation or RPA skills is an advantage

• Detail-oriented

• Able to work independently, yet collaboratively with internal and externalstakeholders
